Who we are
This website is run by Unique Results Limited (“we”, “us”), Units 220-221, The Waterhouse Business Centre, 2 Cromar Way, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 2QE. What we collect
- Consultation form: your name, phone number, email address, best time to call, and your answers about your goals, age group, current activity, timescale and budget.
- Health information: if you choose to tell us about injuries or medical conditions, we use this only to advise you safely. We process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link (for example from an advert), so we know which marketing works.
- Calls and emails: anything you tell us when you contact us directly.
How we use it
- To contact you about your free consultation and recommend the right programme (lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent for health information).
- To send you tips, event news and offers, only if you ticked the marketing box (lawful basis: consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
- To run and improve our business, for example understanding which adverts bring enquiries (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, customer database, email and booking systems, and they only process your information on our instructions. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If you don't go on to join, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months and then delete it. If you become a member, we keep your records for as long as you're a member and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to take it elsewhere, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at info@uniqueresults.co.uk to use any of these rights.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies by default. The map on our location and contact pages only loads from Google when you click “Show map”, and our member videos only load from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) when you press play. At that point Google's own cookie policy applies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
